Who provides LabSpace

LabSpace is in preview. The merchant’s identity and support contact must be published before paid subscriptions open.

Account and learning data

Google sign-in through Supabase supplies your account identifier, name and email to the platform. LabSpace uses that identifier to keep saved experiments and practice answers attached to your account. Your name and email are displayed in My account; an email is supplied to Stripe when a billing customer is created.

Account records contain saved bench states and notes, practice choices and results, reported practice time, and the Stripe customer/subscription references and membership status needed to manage access. Learning analytics are calculated from submitted practice answers.

Your device

Your current bench, browser notebook, completed guided investigations and recent unknown-ion practice reports are stored in browser localStorage. Unknown-practice reports are grouped under the signed-in browser identity and can be exported. They are separate from server exam-question analytics.

Browser data can remain on a shared device after sign-out; clear browser site data when you finish using a shared device. Account saves are stored separately on the server. Supabase manages authentication sessions in secure, HTTP-only cookies.

Payments and hosting

Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal. LabSpace does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Stripe processes payment and customer information under its own privacy policy.

The application runs on Vercel, with authentication and PostgreSQL account records provided by Supabase. The hosting and authentication providers may process security and operational logs under their own policies. No advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics have been added to this application. There is no AI tutor in the current product.

Export, deletion and retention

My account lets you export or delete account experiments and practice history. Existing saves remain readable after a membership downgrade. Individual saved experiments can also be exported or deleted. Browser notes are managed on the device.

Deleting learning data does not cancel a subscription or erase billing references. Use Manage billing to cancel. Billing and payment records may need to be retained to manage subscriptions, resolve payment issues and meet the merchant’s obligations. The launch merchant must supply its retention and data-request arrangements before accepting live subscriptions.

Privacy requests

For account, privacy or data requests: A public support address will be available before paid subscriptions open.

Do not include passwords, API keys or full payment-card details in a support request.
